How Many People Were at the Last Supper?

The Last Supper is the last meal Jesus ate on this earth before He was crucified.  How many people were there at the beginning -- and the end -- of the Last Supper?

The Last Supper was on Thursday night, the evening before what became known as Good Friday when He was crucified.

The answer to the question "How Many People Were at the Last Supper?" depends on the time. At the beginning of the last supper, there were 13 people.  Jesus Christ Himself was there and all of His 12 disciples.

But at the end of the Last Supper, there were only 12 people.  Jesus knew that Judas Iscariot, one of His disciples, would betray Him, and so He told Judas to go and do what he had planned.  So Judas left before the end of the Last Supper, leaving Jesus with the 11 disciples who would be faithful to Him.
