Expectancy is believing something good is about to happen. Don't treat church like an obligation, but instead, plan to enjoy it. To reduce stress in the morning, prepare the night before and plan to get yourself and children there early. It's a joy to participate in the gathering of Christ's body, being used by God to bless others and being blessed by them.
