What is the 6th Key?
There are many keys to living a victorious Christian life. We have given you a list of 6, but other people may have different approaches.
One thing is sure, with all these keys, we must ourselves hear and obey! If we don't put faith into action, we can be like people who just hear but don't act.
So the 6th key is to love others. Jesus said the two greatest commandments are to "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind" and "Love your neighbor as yourself." We can express our love for God in many ways, including through prayer, praise, worship, and obeying God.
It is also important to love our neighbors. We can only truly do this with God's love in us. There is no one way to love our neighbors. It may be through kindness -- being kind to them. It could be by praying for them -- or forgiving even our enemies.
It may be by thinking of others more than we think of our own good. In Jesus' case, He gave up His own life on the cross -- even for those who were crucifying Him!
And we can tell others about Jesus. If we truly believe in Jesus and in His gift of eternal life, we should try to pass on this wonderful gift to others by sharing God's love with them. Tell them that God loves them; that we all have sinned; that God sent His Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins; and invite them to pray and accept Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord.
So a 6th key to living a victorious Christian life is to love others -- and share the love of God with them!
