God blesses us all in different ways. Have you ever had a twinge of jealousy when your friend tells you of something good happening in their life? It can leave you wishing it was happening to you. Sometimes, it's something we have been praying for in our own lives, and it is hard to see another blessed with it while we are not.
These feelings of jealousy can make you wonder why God is blessing them and even think that God is being unfair. In all things, God is just, and while He loves us all, we are all different and have very different needs. Thankfully, God knows what we need, and He gives us the very things we need when we need them. Many times what we think we "need" or "want" is not what He gives to us. No, what He gives to us is far better than what we can imagine for ourselves!
God loves us so much, and because He is all-knowing, He knows what is best. He can see in His infinite wisdom what will be best for our lives and what will further our walk with Him. He knows how to strengthen our souls and make our hearts glad! God knows us better than we know ourselves. Who could know us better than the one that created us?
"For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother's womb."
Psalm 139:13
God's love for each of us is as unique as we are and personally tailored to our individual needs. God does not show His love to us in the exact same ways because, just like snowflakes, there are no two humans exactly alike. He does love each of us with an unending powerful love though! I am so thankful for God's amazing, just-right love for us!
