If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, you are a Christian. As a Christian, it is extremely important for you to spend time with other believers if possible.
In many parts of the world, this is easy to do. There are many Christians and Christianity is a legally recognized religion and there are many churches and Christian groups you can meet with.
In other parts of the world, this is not the case. You may risk persecution if you publicly connect with other Christians, or there may be no churches near you.
The best thing is to pray that God will lead you to Christians you should connect with. If there are churches in your area, try to find one where the Bible is preached, where God is glorified, where they teach that people must accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, and where many people sincerely try to live a committed Christian life.
Don’t look for a church where people are perfect, because you won’t find one. On this earth we are all sinners saved by the grace of God, and God is in the process of changing us into the likeness of Jesus Christ.
You can also look for small Bible study groups that meet together and can help you grow. It is important that, if possible, you find Christians who can encourage you and teach you and help you grow in your Christian faith, and where you can be a blessing to them.
