Paul ends his letter to the Ephesians, warning them about the dangers of spiritual warfare and the best ways to fight it. The good news is that these are the best ways we can fight it too!
The first way is to be strong in the Lord.
"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might."
Ephesians 6:10
This means that instead of leaning on our own strength, we are to trust in His grace and His power. When we rely on God we are saying that we understand that while things are out of our control, we know that HE is in control.
The second way is to put on the whole armor of God.
"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil." Ephesians 6:11
Paul wants to be sure we are putting on the WHOLE armor of God, not just part of it. All parts of the armor are important from the helmet to the shoes and everything in between.
