Dr. Bill Bright of Campus Crusade for Christ (now called Cru) wrote the 4 Spiritual Laws booklet in the 1950s. Millions of people have come to Jesus Christ through that booklet. You can find the full 4 spiritual laws in many languages at 4laws.com.
Here is a short description of the 4 laws.
Law One says that God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life! God is love.
Law Two says that all of us have sinned and we are separated from God. Our sins -- everything we have done or said or thought that is wrong -- separate us from God. The wages of sin is death.
Law Three says that God sent His Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins. Jesus Christ, even though He was perfect, gave Himself to die for us.
Law Four says we must receive Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord. Then we can know and experience God's forgiveness of our sins.
