The gifts and promises we have in Jesus are more than we could ever count! But today, let's focus in on just four of them.

Near the beginning of Jesus' earthly ministry, He stood in His local synagogue and quoted a passage that the prophet Isaiah wrote about the coming Messiah. Little did His neighbors understand, Jesus was the Messiah that God had promised.

“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lordʼs favor.”  Luke 4:18-19

Here is my prayer for you to accept these gifts that Jesus offers...

Lord God, Thank You for anointing Your Son Jesus to bring us freedom. Without You, We are poor and helpless. We accept Your salvation and we are rich in love! You are so good to us, God. Without you, we are trapped in sin and pain. Jesus, set us free and Holy Spirit, work that freedom in our lives, day by day. Without You, we are blind and confused. Wash our eyes - show us truth and righteousness! Thank You Lord for Your favor on us. You didn't have to save us and love us, but You did! We love you God!
