We talk a lot about God, but Who is He?
God is impossible to describe fully. We are tiny human beings, while He is the all-powerful and all-knowing God.
Nevertheless, God has revealed Himself to us in the Bible and in nature and in Jesus Christ, and through the power of His Holy Spirit. Here are some truths about God.
- God is eternal -- He has always been and will always be
- God is all-powerful
- God knows everything
- God is a spirit
- God exists in 3 persons -- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
- God created everything
- God is love
- God came to earth in the person of Jesus Christ
- God loves you!
- God sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for the sins of the world
- God is the embodiment of all truth
God is wonderful! This list only begins to describe God. Let us worship and praise Him always!
